K12 is an abbreviation for “Kindergarten through Twelfth Grade,” referring to the educational stages from Kindergarten (typically ages 5-6) to Grade Twelve (typically ages 17-18). These two grades mark the beginning and end of free education in countries such as the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, and Canada. Internationally, K12 is a common term for basic education.
Recently, the ICSO charity organization announced a deep collaboration with X2VOL in the United States, officially providing volunteer service opportunities to 1,400 schools nationwide! This partnership will enable students from these schools to participate in various ICSO charitable programs, gain valuable volunteer service experience, and further enrich their understanding of the world.
01 A New Educational Endeavor
X2VOL has developed an online platform that allows students to track their volunteer hours in real time, ensuring they meet the service requirements set by their schools or student organizations. Additionally, through this platform, students can find service opportunities and reflect on their experiences by documenting them—marking a new approach to education.

03 Innovative ways of cooperation
As an international organization dedicated to public service, ICSO looks forward to spreading the power of public service. As an innovative mobile application, X2VOL expects to give students the freedom to track their personal community service hours at any time. While volunteering, students will use X2VOL to responsibly enter their community service hours and learn about their personal service record and the expected completion time of their service. This will allow them to further rationalize their personal time and allow themselves ample space to plan for service and learning. In addition, students can also see the upcoming volunteer projects of ICSO through X2VO and select their favorite projects from them and then register online. All students who successfully participate in the program will receive a certificate directly from ICSO, which will be recognized by 1,400 schools across the U.S., adding direct competitiveness to students’ future education and employment.
Building the Future Together
At the time of the signing of the Project Service Plan, X2VO personnel had stated, “The program also makes it easier for our stakeholders to access community service-learning partnerships that are invaluable to our schools and communities.” Helping others in a public service way and giving back to the community in a positive way is the original intention of the founding of ICSO Public Welfare Organization, and ICSO will continue to work hard to contribute a mammoth effort to the development of public welfare!
