The partnership
Project overview
ICSO has long invested in research and education for public welfare and social innovation. In 2021, ICSO and China Youth Philanthropy Institute established a strategic partnership covering professional public-service education, social innovation, sustainability, and the connection between public service and business.
Following a year of collaborative teaching and research, ICSO authorized the Institute as its first experimental base for philanthropy and social-innovation education. The partnership has since expanded practical learning opportunities, research activity, and project incubation for young people.

Professional talent matters, but meaningful public welfare also depends on people understanding how philanthropy, community action, and long-term sustainability connect. This collaboration helps young people explore those connections through education and practical research.
Its purpose is to move beyond a simple model of giving and receiving: to encourage co-benefit, responsible innovation, and projects that can create sustained value for communities.
Project partner
China Youth Philanthropy Institute
Established in 2021 by Yibeti Education and Culture Co., the Institute develops volunteer-practice and research opportunities for students. Participants select relevant projects, contribute through hands-on work, and strengthen their professional knowledge through practical public-welfare experience.
