ICSO Supports the Successful Hosting of the 6th China Investment and M&A 50 Forum

On December 6, 2024, ICSO (International Charity and Social Organization), as a key driving force in global philanthropy, actively participated in and supported the successful organization of the 6th China Investment and M&A 50 Forum. With the theme “The Future Is Now,” the forum attracted investors, merger and acquisition entrepreneurs, and industry leaders from around the world. It not only served as a platform to explore strategic opportunities for future economic development and corporate transformation but also provided an important space for discussing the development of public welfare initiatives. ICSO’s involvement went beyond organizational support and the dissemination of philanthropic values—it also made significant contributions to advancing corporate social responsibility and promoting sustainable development.

The forum was co-hosted by Transformation World and the China Business Investment Research Institute, with strategic support from the UAE Annual Investment Meeting (AIM) and the AIM Global Foundation. It was also supported by the China Investment Association’s Committee on Real Economy Development Investment, Shenzhen International Investment and Financing Chamber of Commerce, and the China Business School Research Institute. The event’s title sponsor, Xiaoka Main Coffee, helped bring to life the forum’s theme, “The Future Is Now,” which aligns closely with the global trends of economic transformation and technological innovation—highlighting the depth and breadth of China’s investment and M&A market.

The forum brought together over 2,000 participants, including M&A entrepreneurs, senior executives from financial institutions, and academic experts from various sectors. It aimed to inject new perspectives and momentum into the investment and M&A ecosystem of the Greater Bay Area. A key component of the forum was the “Transformation Docking – One-Stop Empowerment Platform for Transformation and Venture Capital,” which leveraged its industry resources to facilitate interaction among attendees and provide strategic guidance for entrepreneurs on navigating future market changes and opportunities.

ICSO remains committed to its mission of “Connecting Global Philanthropy and Driving Social Change,” and continues to support global public welfare projects and social enterprises through resource sharing and collaborative platforms. During the forum, ICSO, together with several strategic partners, advocated for and promoted corporate social responsibility. By showcasing and sharing philanthropic projects, ICSO reinforced the concept of mutual development between businesses and society. Through in-depth exchanges with attending entrepreneurs, ICSO encouraged more companies to integrate social responsibility into their operations, creating a win-win scenario between public good and commercial investment.

In addition, ICSO hosted a special session on global philanthropic innovation during the forum, where it collaborated with entrepreneurs from diverse industries to explore how cross-sector partnerships and innovative models can advance the global public welfare agenda.

The successful hosting of this forum marks a deeper integration between the investment and M&A sector and philanthropic causes, opening up vast opportunities for future collaboration. ICSO looks forward to working with more enterprises and institutions in future international cooperation to promote more sustainable and equitable social development through cross-sector collaboration and innovation. ICSO will continue its dedication to supporting global philanthropy, fostering a deeper integration of economic development and social progress, enhancing global recognition of social responsibility and sustainable development, and encouraging broader engagement from all sectors of society.
