01 About ICSO
The International Commonweal Support Organization (ICSO) was founded in 2017. Through years of hands-on public welfare projects across various countries, ICSO has successfully become an officially recognized partner of the United Nations headquarters. It has independently established three branches worldwide: ICSO·CN, ICSO·UK, and ICSO·US, covering 12 countries and 54 regions.
Utilizing a cloud-based management system, ICSO operates over 150 public welfare projects, with more than 5,000 overseas student volunteers and a total fundraising amount exceeding $2 million.
ICSO’s public welfare projects are characterized by precise targeting of populations, accurate understanding of their needs, and effective solutions.
After years of development, ICSO has grown into the largest global Chinese student-led public welfare organization.
02 Recruitment Position: New Media Operations Intern
01 Job Responsibilities
1.Build, operate, and maintain the organization’s new media platforms, including but not limited to WeChat Official Accounts, Xiaohongshu, and other social media platforms.
2.Develop operational strategies for each account based on the platform rules, operational goals, and market competition.
3.Plan and produce high-quality promotional content that aligns with each account’s positioning.
4.Manage some online accounts, keep up with development trends, propose improvement plans, and optimize operational results.
5.Analyze front-end traffic data and back-end conversion data, promptly adjusting operational strategies and content direction.
6.Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors on time.
02 Job Requirements
1.Current undergraduate student, preferably majoring in Journalism, Communication, Advertising, Marketing, New Media, or related fields.
2.Candidates with over 2 years of new media-related experience are preferred.
3.Familiarity with the operation models of various social media platforms, with strong marketing planning and execution abilities.
4.Strong writing skills and topic selection abilities, with quick and agile thinking.
5.Excellent communication, coordination, learning, execution abilities, and service awareness.
6.Recognize and align with public welfare values, with an attitude of equality and respect toward target populations.
7.Good communication skills and team spirit; overseas students are preferred.
8.Available for full-time (offline) or part-time (online) work, with a commitment of at least two months.
