The Eagle Program was born to provide students with a solid foundation and the opportunity to soar confidently into the blue sky of tomorrow. The Eagle Program, an initiative launched by ICSO in 2019, focuses on providing much-needed support and assistance to school students, especially those from underprivileged mountainous areas.
01 Background
The Eagle Project, an initiative full of love, was launched on February 10, 2019 by ICSO International Commonweal Support Organization (China). Since its birth, it has been generously supported by countless enterprises, organizations, individuals and groups, and has become the crystallization of many people’s common devotion.
The program has already been launched in Guangdong Province, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Hunan Province, Hubei Province, Henan Province, Hubei Province, Shanxi Province, Liaoning Province, Gansu Province, Yunnan Province and other provinces. The “Eagle Scholarship” program under the “Eagle Plan” has also worked closely with the China Social Relief Foundation and Tencent Public Welfare, and has successfully participated in the 2020 edition of the “JiuJiu Public Welfare Day”.

The Eagle Program consists of three main programs: Eagle Bursary, Eagle Scholarship and Eagle Growth Program. These programs provide targeted assistance to students according to their specific circumstances to ensure that they can successfully complete their studies. The operation of this public welfare financial aid system is professional, efficient and highly transparent, providing students with the necessary support for their diversified and all-round development.
Since its launch, it has covered more than 1,000 rural students and successfully raised more than 1 million RMB, opening the door to a broader future for these potential eagles. Every child has the opportunity to fly higher, and the Eagle Program is designed to help them spread their wings and soar towards a brighter tomorrow.
