ICSO works through independently registered affiliated organizations that serve local communities while coordinating shared international initiatives.
With the convening of the second annual Council meeting of ICSO in August 2018, the resolution to implement the ICSO global cloud management system was confirmed. ICSO replaced the global-headquarters model with one coordination team and three independently registered affiliated organizations worldwide. In the following year, ICSO’s subordinate units in the U.K. and the United States were established. The U.S. branch was confirmed responsible for social assistance according to local needs. The U.K. branch supports community-based public welfare initiatives in the United Kingdom.
