The Baby Eagle Plan is a public welfare program launched by ICSO China in 2019 for education in impoverished mountainous areas, which consists of Eagle fund, Eagle Scholarship and Eagle Future. The program is a long-term commitment to help poor students in China gain a more stable learning environment from an economic perspective.

The Baby Eagle Plan is a public welfare program launched by ICSO China in 2019 for education in impoverished mountainous areas, which consists of Eagle fund, Eagle Scholarship and Eagle Future. The program is a long-term commitment to help poor students in China gain a more stable learning environment from an economic perspective. The program has partnered with the China Social Aid Foundation’s “Kunpeng Scholarship” and is funded through Tencent’s public welfare platform, Sina’s micro-public welfare platform and corporate and private donations.
Why it matters
Creating practical, lasting value.
The funds brought by the Eagle Program will better help children from poor families to study and grow. Nowadays, people gradually think that it is hard for poor families to produce children, but for us, poor families are facing a rapidly developing society and the rise of high technology. Children who can’t afford to buy study materials and books often don’t have the means to compete with those who are born with more resources and money.

Project Achievements
Since the project was launched in 2019, the Eagle Project has entered into cooperation with China Social Aid Foundation and Tencent Public Welfare, and its Eagle fund, Eagle Scholarship and Eagle Future have launched a total of 10 projects, covering more than a thousand rural students and raising more than 1 million yuan in total.
