Music Burning Dreams
Music Burning Dreams is a public service project for education in poor mountainous areas initiated by ICSO International Public Service Support Organization China in 2020. “Science and art are two sides of the same coin”, and only the simultaneous development of art and science can truly improve the education level of impoverished elementary school.

Music Burning Dreams is a public service project for education in poor mountainous areas initiated by ICSO International Public Service Support Organization China in 2020. “Science and art are two sides of the same coin”, and only the simultaneous development of art and science can truly improve the education level of impoverished elementary school. The project focuses on the development of humanities and social science subjects in impoverished areas, with music lessons as the main focus, improving music teaching aids and musical instruments needed by students in impoverished schools, and promoting the physical and mental growth of children from impoverished families through joint development with the Art Ignite Dreams project.
Why it matters
Creating practical, lasting value.
In the humdrum of life, music becomes a bridge between the soul and reality for most people, venting high emotions and touching wounded hearts. However, in many impoverished mountain schools, due to financial constraints, schools can barely afford the high cost of music teaching aids, resulting in a serious decline in the quality of music-related programs, or even the termination of programs. In order to bring music back to children’s childhood, ICSO has launched the “Music to Ignite Dreams” donation campaign to bring the songs of children back to school.

Since its launch in 2020, the program has implemented six phases of the project, raising over $120,000 and helping over 700 rural students.
